RAD Distributes Free Fuel to Okada Riders, Easing Economic Burden  .. I Would Have Spent About ₦6,500 To Buy Five Liters Today — Okada Rider In response to the economic strain caused by escalating fuel prices, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo (RAD), has distributed free fuel to commercial motorcycle operators (Okada riders) in Ibadan. The initiative, held at Tesmore filling station on Wednesday, provided relief to hundreds of riders who are vital for grassroots mobility and urban transportation. It equally attracted several beneficiaries in Lagelu community, including dispatch riders, commercial drivers, and tricycle operators. During the distribution, Hon.
