The Oyo State PDP Youth Leader and acting Publicity Secretary, Micheal Ogunsina, extends heartfelt birthday felicitations to the distinguished Chairman and Sole Administrator of Oyo State Pace Setter Transport Service, Honourable (Dr.) Ibraheem Oladeji Salami, popularly known as DIKO.
