Eid: Oyo PDP Felicitates Muslim Ummah, Says Ramadan Reflects Discipline 


The leadership of the People's Democratic Party in Oyo State has congratulated the Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-fitr. The occasion which marked the end of the 30-day Ramadan fasting and the start of the month of sha'ban.

In a statement released by the State Party Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mr Micheal Ogunsina said Ramadan reflected the position and influence of the Almighty Allah in the lives of the Muslim unmmah as everyone put aside their cravings and addictions in obedience to whom is the most mighty, most graceful and the most powerful. 

He prayed that God accepts the supplication offered to Him in total submission and more of it, the statement concluded.
