The Oyo State Local Government Assistant Secretary Coordinator, Honourable Bolanle Oladeji, has joined well-wishers across Oyo State to felicitate the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. Toyin Balogun, as she marks another glorious birthday today.

In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Oladeji described Hon. Toyin Balogun as a woman of uncommon grace, mercy, and divine favour whose life continues to be a beacon of hope for women, mothers, and the less privileged across Oyo State.

"Hon. Toyin Balogun is not just a Commissioner; she is a mother, a career-oriented leader, and a relentless advocate for women. Her tender care for our mothers and the less privileged has touched countless lives, and her impact is truly indelible," Oladeji stated.

She praised her commitment to uplifting women, championing social inclusion, and ensuring that the vulnerable in society feel the presence of government. According to her, her tenure has fortified the ministry with compassion, efficiency, and results that speak louder than words.

"On this special day, we celebrate a woman whose grace is uncommon, whose mercy is evident, and whose favour from God is clear for all to see. May this new year bring her greater strength, wisdom, and victories as she continues to serve Oyo State," Oladeji added.

She prayed for long life, sound health, and continuous elevation for the Commissioner, affirming that her best years are still ahead.
