EASTER: Dr. Adeniran Celebrates Citizens, Tasks on Service, Community Development in Easter Address


The Oyo Guber Hopeful and  Executive Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYOSUBEB), Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, has extended warm Easter greetings to residents of Oyo State and beyond, urging them to embrace unity, love, and renewed commitment to societal development.

In his Easter message released on Sunday, Dr. Adeniran described the season as a powerful reminder of hope, faith, and new beginnings, noting that the resurrection of Jesus Christ symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness.

He emphasized that the lessons of Easter should inspire citizens to work together in building a better society, stressing the importance of compassion, service, and dedication to the common good.

According to him, “the resurrection of Christ teaches us that light will always overcome darkness, and that with unity, compassion, and commitment to the common good, we can build a society where everyone thrives.”

The Oyo Guber Hopeful further called on residents to use the period of reflection to renew their dedication to uplifting one another and contributing meaningfully to the progress of their communities.

Dr. Adeniran also encouraged collective efforts toward securing a brighter future for the younger generation, adding that the Easter season should inspire acts of kindness, love, and shared responsibility.

He wished Christians and all residents a peaceful, blessed, and prosperous Easter celebration, praying that the joy of the season fills every home.
