Hon. Chief Mrs. Ramata Agberemi Dabo (RAD), Senior Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, commanded attention at the 2026 Ibadan Cultural Festival on Saturday with a grand entrance that quickly became the event’s defining moment.

Held at the Lekan Salami Stadium, the festival drew traditional rulers, political stakeholders, cultural enthusiasts, and residents united to celebrate Ibadan’s rich heritage. The atmosphere intensified when RAD — Yeye Bobatolu of Ejesi Ife Kingdom and Yeye Mayegun of Igbaroland — arrived in a regal display of cultural pride and refined sophistication.

Adorned in intricately designed traditional attire with symbolic accessories befitting her status, her presence instantly captivated dignitaries and attendees. Cameras flashed and applause erupted as she made her way into the venue, with onlookers describing her appearance as “majestic” and “befitting of her stature.”
A standout moment came when she respectfully approached and elegantly greeted the Olubadan of Ibadanland, HIM Oba Rashidi Ladoja, ARUSA I.
