Oyo PDP Greets Christians At Easter, Says Without Christ, Our Existence Would Have Been For Nothing 


The People's Democratic Party in Oyo State has congratulated the Christians in the State over the successful completion of the Lent fasting and the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In an Easter message signed by the State Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mr Micheal Ogunsina said that without the resurrection of Christ, our existence would have been for nought as the resurrection of Jesus Christ lays credence to our existence and His sacrifices.

He urged Christians in the State to emulate Christ who laid down his own life so we could have a life and our sins forgiven.

Ogunsina charged the Christian faithful not to forget the lessons learned and sacrifices they made during the period of Lent as those lessons and sacrifices will continue to be our guide principles at all times.

He prayed that God Almighty in His mercy will continue to restore us unto us what has been lost and what we needed to be His worthy disciples.
